In this class we will cover sales/use taxes as it relates to the landscaping industry.  You will learn the differences between a construction contract and landscaping, and the difference between landscaping materials and building / construction materials.  Also covered are jobs connected with new construction and tax exempt entities.  Local option sales taxes and how to properly fill out an exemption certificate will also be discussed.
